[Features]

1.The equipment is composed of burner, the burner automatically forward/backwardstructure, control system, operation panel, gas control system and stainlesssteel casing, etc.

Specimenbox mounting bracket can be adjusted up and down, left and right sides, beforeand after, in order to meet the different ways of ignition and differentspecimens, and tighten the knob again after adjusted the position.

2.The working principle of the instrument 

asfollows:

(1)In conjunction with the external gas source, provide machine with the gasburner, open and close, the flow of control functions by artificial lighting.

(2)Before the start of the test will be installed on the bracket specimen, adjustgood location, and then the ignition, adjust good flame height, manual rotaryburner 45 °, can test.

(3)to set up more than burning time and burning time, such as set up the burningtime of 15 s, total test time is 20 s; Set up 15 s first, at the top of thehour meter shows 15 s, set up more than 5 s for combustion time, in the tablebelow for the 5 s burning time can be arbitrarily set according to need.

(4)Press the "start" button, the motor drives the burner to set a goodlocation, start the timer. Over timing, motor drive the burner automatic reset,clock, timer, after end of the test. Then test specimen.
